1. To get the free item, follow these steps:

1. Go to the dock.
2. Throw paint balls at the painting until complete.
3. Pick up the hat.
4. Fly!

2. Second hat (members only):

1. Go to Snow Forts.
2. Enter A Silly Place.
3. Walk to the hat.
4. Enjoy!
